IT Park partnered with Sturgeon Capital LTD

Today, October 3, 2019, IT Park has established partnership relations with the Sturgeon Capital LTD investment fund (Great Britain).

Sturgeon Capital is a British investment company with over 10 years of experience which investing in the New Silk Road region in Central Asia and the Caucasus.

During the meeting, both parties expressed their desire to cooperate and maintain relations in the development of technological ecosystems, start-up segments and venture financing in Uzbekistan, particularly in:

• developing a co-financing model and its process for identifying, evaluating and finalizing on opportunities for investment in specific startup projects;

• financing or co-financing startup projects;

• formulating of financial instruments to reduce risk to stimulate the growth of private investment in the region;

• participating in programs and/or exchanging best venture financing initiatives and methods;

• advising foreign venture capital funds interested in the startup ecosystem of Uzbekistan.
