IT Park’s resident signed a cooperation memorandum with Latvian company

NAPA Automotive, a resident of IT Park, has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Corporate Solutions, the Latvian company.

State Secretary of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development of Latvia Edvins Balshevich, Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Latvia Kadambay Sultanov, Head of the Economic Relations Department, Trade and Development Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Latvia Juris Shtalmeistars, Chairman of the Board of Corporate Solutions Aigars Cerus, head of NAPA Automotive Umid Abdusattorov attended the signing ceremony.

The agreement envisages introducing e-learning technology platform and software solutions in IT security, adapted to the needs of the local market for workers in Uzbekistan’s public and private sectors, and the export of IT services from Uzbekistan to the countries of EU.

Aigars Cerus: “We have been working as IT security consultants since 2010. In Uzbekistan, adapting e-learning software solutions based on the CloudStudy platform to the needs of the local market in IT security will be one of the first objectives of our partnership. On top of that, Uzbek professionals will be trained in identifying activities that may contain phishing threats, basic knowledge of creating passwords, safe use of social networks, personal data security and other areas.”

The head of NAPA Automotive, Umid Abdusattorov, noted that the company is interested in cooperation with countries and companies that already have experience in implementing various e-services, and IT security services training.
