Meeting of IT Park representatives with the Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Kingdom of Belgium

On August 7, 2020, representatives of IT Park, together with the Chairman of Uzbekistan Venture Capital Association, held an online meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Kingdom of Belgium, Head of Missions to the EU and NATO.

During the meeting, the parties acquainted with the activities of IT Park and the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Belgium discussed opportunities for further cooperation and implementation of projects.

As part of the support for the export of IT services in Uzbekistan, it is planned to organize meetings with compatriots living in Europe to attract them to promote national products in the Belgian market. Additionally, the Embassy will assist in opening a representative office of IT Park in the Kingdom of Belgium and attracting foreign companies to open branches in the Republic of Uzbekistan to become residents of IT Park.

As a result, the parties reached agreements to raise awareness of the IT industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan among the residents of European countries and to support the export of high-tech products in the field of information technology, to attract European companies to increase the volume of it services exports by domestic companies.
