“mGovAward” winners from around the world: Qlue Performa company

Not so long ago, we launched a new rubric within the mGovAward project, in which we talk about the winning start-ups from other countries.

Now we will talk about the Indonesian company Qlue Performa, founded in 2016 by young guys Raditya Maulana Rusdi and Andre Hutagalung.

Qlue Performa is an application that is a social media panel that allows citizens to submit any case related to the city that needs to be processed.  The case is then referred to the competent authority, which is responsible for resolving the problem.  The app is transparent, allowing citizens to track responses and report status in real time.

Notably, the Qlue Performa app includes a city dashboard that allows city officials and service providers to monitor and deal with floods, crime, fires, illegal garbage dumps, and so on.  The application monitors energy consumption and traffic congestion in real time.
