Participants of the “Offshore Outsourcing Tour 2024” paid a visit to RealSoft

From March 18th to 20th, an international ITES event “Offshore Outsourcing Tour 2024”, organized by the Ministry of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan and IT Park Uzbekistan is taking place in Tashkent and Samarkand.

The primary objective of the tour is to showcase Uzbekistan’s potential in the field of information technology and outsourcing to international companies, as well as to present the opportunities and measures created by the government to attract investment to the country.

On March 18th, attendees of the Offshore Outsourcing Tour 2024 visited the office of RealSoft, one of the foremost IT companies in Uzbekistan, specializing in software development. Founded over 23 years ago, company currently boasts a workforce of over 250 highly skilled professionals.

Abdukarim Kodirov, Director of Investments at RealSoft, delivered a presentation on the company’s operations, elaborating on its extensive experience and triumphant projects. Attendees were also afforded the opportunity to tour the various departments engaged in the development and maintenance of implemented IT products, gaining invaluable insights into the company’s internal workings.

The exchange of experiences and knowledge, coupled with the opportunity to immerse themselves in a genuine work environment, rendered this visit both unique and fruitful for all participants of the Offshore Outsourcing Tour 2024. Following the visit, representatives from foreign companies and RealSoft engaged in discussions regarding potential avenues for collaboration and future partnerships.
