The international accelerator Plug and Play, partnering with IT Park Uzbekistan in the President Tech Award, has concluded its review of appeals submitted by teams following the selection round.
Following the announcement of the online evaluation results, participants were afforded the opportunity to appeal, a process utilized by 32 teams.
The appeals committee conducted a meticulous review of all 32 submissions, hearing from team representatives and examining their submitted materials in detail. As a result, the committee resolved to uphold the appeals of the following teams: Examy, Mehr Go, Silk Road Games, and Dermato. These teams will now advance to the next stage of the President Tech Award. The complete list of DemoDay participants is available via the link.
The remaining teams that filed appeals received individualized feedback from Plug and Play experts, including insightful recommendations for enhancing their preparation for upcoming competitions.
This decision reflects the organizers’ commitment to transparency and their willingness to support emerging startups in their journey toward realizing their consepts and achieving notable success.
The President Tech Award, an initiative launched by the President of Uzbekistan with a prize fund of $1,000,000, aims to bring together the most talanted and innovative software developers across Uzbekistan, offering them the opportunity to establish their own startups with financial support from the state.
