Success story: Owner of a profession that changes the appearance of cities

IT Park continues the column of interesting stories about young programmers. Todayʼs guest is 20-year-old Khondamir Bektoshev. Our hero is currently studying at the 3rd stage of Renaissance University. He is a designer by specialty.

Our hero began his career by studying 3D modeling AutoCad + 3DsMax at the IT Office Center under the Samarkand regional branch of IT Park.

He has more than one year of work experience. In a short time, he opened a private enterprise with his team and successfully completed about 20 projects.

Khondamir said that he became interested in this field during his school days and entered it through businessman, Tridmo.com founder Abdusattor Abdurahimov.

Our hero commented on the problems of entering the IT field as follows:

“Problems such as lack of equipment and low level of knowledge of mentors or lack of trainers are left behind. Now everything depends on us. Let's say we studied in special courses. It is not difficult to find a job, but lack of sufficient experience and skills is the biggest problem. If you donʼt do creative and high-quality work, itʼs useless to expect big offers and royalties from companies”.

According to Khondamir, if the educational process is combined with theories and practice, the percentage of achieving high results will increase. Thatʼs why he is currently filling his portfolio by preparing projects according to his wishes. After successfully completing his studies at the 3rd stage, he wants to start applying the new knowledge in practice.

Our hero dreams of working on himself, forming a team with a stronger team and building a foundation for his personal brand.

Khondamir expressed the following opinion about the development of the IT sector:

“If I talk about changes in this field, now there is little competition in the field of interior design. Big changes are expected in the next 10 years. The development of this field, in cooperation with the architecture and construction industry, contributes to the fundamental change of the image of the country and the creation of amenities. It is very important to have general concepts and universal knowledge, regardless of the field in the future”.
