TUIT to host Navruz national holiday celebrations

The Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of Uzbekistan, and the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi are organizing celebrations “Assalom Navruz 2022”.

The event will take place on March 31 and bring together the representatives of ICT Ministry and all subordinate organizations, including IT Park and IT Park resident companies.

Job fair organized as part of the event will become a platform for presenting various local and international companies, as well as IT Park resident companies, particularly, “Maab Innovation”, “Cumulative Services”, “Octo”, “Exadel”, “EPAM Systems”, “ITECHART”, “ITRANSITION”, “Person Hunters”, “Zero Soft Service”.

Participants will have an opportunity to communicate with representatives of companies, ask questions they are interested in, go through a job interview and even get an internship or a job.

The program of the event also includes speeches by representatives of foreign IT companies:

-11:00 a.m. Senior Resource and Development lab head and Senior Software Engineer Bakhtiyor Akhmedov’s speech on “How to get into the IT field and tips for beginners”

-12:00 - Alexandra Akulova, early Talent programs manager at iTechArt will give an overview of iTechArt company

- 12:15 - Team manager at iTechArt Pavel Khankevich’s speech on Java development

-12:30 - Dmitriy Pak, Group manager at iTechArt, will talk about the basics of automation

- 14:30 - delivery compliance specialist at an international IT company Oleg Golenko’s speech on “The path to IT, personal experience”

 

Attendees cannot only get an insight into the sector, but also ask speakers questions.

The event also welcomes all participants to attend a fair and purchase books from the charitable project “Book for Life”, products from «Эко Пряник» (“Eco Gingerbread”), «Корпорация Подушка» (“Pillow Corporation”), “Bloknoti. uz”, as well as handmade jewelry and shoppers, and festive pastries.
