Tumaris Tech: webinars of the past week!

Last week, from September 21 to September 25, 2020, the project hosted 3 webinars from 3 speakers, namely:

- IT consultant and project manager at Sparta Global, Rituja Ravikiran Rao;

- Head of the team of external projects and investments in IT Park, Sasha Sternik;

- the co-founder of the Testo by Zamira & Co dumplings, as well as the former marketing communications manager at korzinka.uz, Zamira Rakhmanova.

During the webinar with Rituja Ravikiran Rao, the participants learned how to set and distribute goals correctly, how to manage their time rationally, how and where to get motivation to achieve goals, how to develop a step-by-step plan to achieve business goals, and much more.

During the next webinar, hosted by Sasha Sternik, the participants learned about what a venture fund is, got to know the term "startup" better, and also received a lot of other useful information about the development of startups, the IT Park startup ecosystem, etc.

During the webinar hosted by Zamira Rakhmanova, the speaker shared her personal experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, the use of creativity in promoting the project, and also talked about how to get out of a negative situation with the right PR and bring it to your advantage.

Recall that the Tumaris Tech project was organized by IT Park with the support of the USAID Entrepreneurship and Business Environment Development Project and aims to strengthen the involvement of women in the ICT ecosystem: from the development of BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) through the provision of education for women who want to work as freelancers , to the development of start-ups and investment training.
