Two-day training for managers of IT-Centers in Fergana region

On February 15 and 16, 2022, trainings and excursions were held for employees of IT-Centers in Ferghana region, where 22 employees took part, including directors and managers of branches.

On the first day, the participants were trained to improve the skills of employees.  After that, the Director of Tashkent branch of IT Park Sherzod Abdurakhmonov spoke about how to increase the number of students in IT-Centers and involve civil servants in professional development.  Humoyun Sultanov, head of the digital education development department, made a presentation with him and introduced the participants to the activities and projects of IT Park.

Also, IT Park HR-manager held a seminar on the topic: “Improving the qualities of a leader and achieving team effectiveness”.  And managers Azizbek Juraev and Khusniddin Ochilov held lessons on IT-English and IT-Mathematics.

The second day was devoted to an excursion, during which employees of the branches of IT-Centers visited the Astrum IT-Academy, where they received detailed information about the activities and training at the academy.  The participants also visited the central office of IT Park and Inha University in Tashkent.

At the end of the day, the participants visited the residents of IT Park, the companies “United IT Company” and “IT Academy”.

Recall that the main goal of these trainings is to increase the efficiency of managers and improve the work of IT-Centers. We are confident that the trainings conducted allowed employees to exchange experience and knowledge, as well as motivate them to achieve new goals.
