Ukrainian IT-company "DashcamUa" will be able to access the Uzbek market through IT Park

On July 26 of this year, IT Park hosted a meeting with the head of the Ukrainian IT company “DashcamUa” Oleksiy Afonin to consider the prospects for cooperation and join the ranks of IT Park residents for subsequent access to the Uzbek market and beyond.

In the event took part representatives of the company “DashcamUa”, Deputy Director of IT Park for International Affairs Bokhodir Ayupov and the head of the company “Think” Izzat Shukurov, where a presentation was made on the activities of IT Park and mutual interest of the sites in strategic cooperation was expressed.

DashcamApp is an innovative mobile application for monitoring committed traffic violations using a registrar on users’ cars. This development records violations 30 seconds before double clicking on the car panel, after which the video information is saved automatically and redirected to the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate.

The mobile application “DashcamApp” has already been launched in test mode on the territory of Ukraine, and today the database for the development of violations significantly exceeds the database of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate services in Ukraine.

What are the main advantages of “DashcamApp”?

- Significant reduction in the number of road accidents due to non-compliance with traffic rules;

- Reducing the level of corruption among employees of the traffic police through the integration of blockchain technology;

- Automatic coverage of all roads in the country in just one day;

- Lack of need for allocated funds from the state budget;

The mobile application is equipped with a GPS tracking system and an automatic traffic accident system, which allows to seamlessly transmit information to the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate services about the exact location of the accidents that occurred. In addition, this development will be able to report the severity of injuries and coordinate the number of ambulances needed.

After detecting a traffic accident, the app system sends a warning message to mobile phones with activated “DashcamApp” in vehicles driving in the vicinity of the place of accident.

Absolutely all users of the application are provided with anonymity in accordance with the law. This means that all materials will be sent to their destination on behalf of the developer company, which takes full responsibility for reporting each violation.

The heads of the IT Company “DashcamApp” are interested in the implementation of their development on the territory of Uzbekistan, since the legislation allows individuals to transfer information about violations of traffic rules to the relevant government agencies.

The access of the Ukrainian company into the Uzbek market after joining the ranks of IT Park residents and the opening of their representative office will be accompanied by the creation of a team of domestic IT specialists who will also work on exporting the services of integrating the “DashcamApp” system outside the country. This automatic control system will allow not only to reduce the number of violations of traffic rules, but also to improve the driving culture in general.
