As part of the official visit to the United States, a presentation of Central Asian startups was held in Washington, D.C., with the participation of Sergio Gor, Special Representative of the President of the United States for South and Central Asia. The event took place under the framework of the Silkroad Innovation Hub program, aimed at fostering innovation and technological entrepreneurship across the region.
Silkroad Innovation Hub is a community hub located in the heart of Silicon Valley, in Palo Alto, USA. It serves as one of the key partners of IT Park Uzbekistan, contributing to the development of the startup and venture ecosystem and strengthening international cooperation in the fields of technology and innovation.
Uzbekistan was represented by three startups — Tilmoch AI, Growy AI, and Numeo AI — showcasing the country’s growing potential in artificial intelligence and digital innovation.
Tilmoch AI is an AI-powered translation and language platform that promotes Turkic languages in the digital space. The project was founded by Mukhammadsaid Mamasaidov, a young entrepreneur whose journey has inspired many. His story began with the creation of the online proofreader Tahrirchi, and today, Tilmoch AI unites more than 130,000 monthly users and is gaining recognition at the international level.
The platform supports a wide range of Turkic languages — from Uzbek and Kazakh to Turkish and Uyghur — connecting an audience of over 180 million speakers. Over the past few years, the startup has received several prestigious awards, including $50,000 from the mGov Award (2022) and $100,000 from the President Tech Award (2023), and recently raised $150,000 in investments from AloqaVentures, Yoshlar Ventures, and IT Park Ventures, reaching a valuation of $1.5 million. Currently, the startup is participating in the AlchemistX Silicon Valley Residency.
Growy AI is an intelligent platform designed to enhance team performance and management decision-making through artificial intelligence. The solution enables businesses to analyze team dynamics, automate feedback collection, and generate personalized recommendations to improve productivity.
Over 5,000 users are currently participating in Growy AI’s digital coaching pilot programs. The company has opened an office in the United States and is finalizing contracts totaling $50,000. The startup has also attracted $15,000 in funding from U.S. business angels.
Supported by IT Park Uzbekistan, Growy AI is already used by several local companies to optimize HR processes and improve corporate culture management. The startup was among the top finalists of Tumaris.Tech and Plug and Play, and is actively participating in the AlchemistX Silicon Valley Residency accelerator in the United States.
Numeo AI is an intelligent logistics assistant that creates digital employees for business process automation. The platform leverages machine learning technologies to optimize supply chains, analyze delivery routes, and forecast demand.
Led by successful entrepreneur Akmal Paiziev, the startup helps companies reduce costs and minimize human error in operations. Numeo AI solutions have already been implemented by several U.S. logistics firms, demonstrating strong scalability potential in international markets. The team develops AI agents for logistics companies, dispatchers, and suppliers.
Numeo AI is a participant of the 2024 cohort of AlchemistX Silicon Valley Residency, a leading B2B accelerator in Silicon Valley.
Sergio Gor highlighted the strong potential of startups and expressed confidence that such initiatives contribute to strengthening international technological cooperation and unleashing the innovative potential of the region’s youth.
IT Park Uzbekistan remains committed to supporting startups that drive innovation, create employment opportunities, and enhance Uzbekistan’s global visibility as a technological hub of Central Asia.
