Representatives of IT Park conducted a training session dedicated to preparing for Web Summit Qatar 2025, which will take place from February 23 to 26 in Doha. The event was organized for startups to provide them with detailed information about the upcoming summit and to discuss key aspects of preparation.
Why is this Important?
Web Summit Qatar 2025 will bring together thousands of international entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC), with the goal of uniting the global technology community.
Web Summit was founded in Dublin in 2009 by Paddy Cosgrave. In October 2009, the summit began as a technology conference for 150 participants. Since its inception, Web Summit has hosted more than a million businesspeople from across the world. Over the course of the year, Web Summit organizes events globally, including Web Summit Rio in South America, Web Summit Qatar in the Middle East, Collision and Web Summit Vancouver in North America, as well as RISE in Asia.
In an effort to support and develop the startup ecosystem while attracting investment, IT Park has developed a checklist comprising practical tools and recommendations for scaling businesses abroad. The objective of this checklist is to provide structure for task execution and to outline steps for achieving effective outcomes.
The training session was attended by several startups, including Coozin, Tuzuk, Karmon AI, LaMenu, TPM, and Emplbee. These companies received valuable guidance on how to maximize their participation in Web Summit Qatar, with a focus on strategies for establishing connections in the MENA region and attracting investment opportunities.
Abdulakhad Kuchkarov, CEO of IT Park, underscored the importance of meticulous preparation for the event and shared with the participants a comprehensive list of necessary actions to secure optimal results at the summit.
During the training, participants were given the opportunity to tailor the checklist to the specific requirements of their respective companies. They also received practical advice on the development of strategic branding, the optimization of marketing processes, and the effective implementation of their projects in international markets. These tools are expected to assist companies in establishing strong positions in the global market, drawing the attention of potential partners and investors, and presenting their products and services effectively.
Participants acknowledged the training session's relevance and expressed confidence that the knowledge gained during the event would empower them to present their projects successfully at Web Summit Qatar 2025. This, in turn, would contribute to the growth of their startups and reinforce their positions in the international market.
IT Park remains committed to offering comprehensive support to its members by fostering favorable conditions for growth and enhancing their competitiveness. IT Park specialists assist startups in developing essential skills, entering new markets, and adopting innovative approaches to achieve ambitious goals.
