A step into Freelance — upcoming workshop at Amity University

On July 2, Amity University in Tashkent launches the workshop entitled ‘A step into Freelance’ organized by the university in collaboration with the Center for Digital Economy Research.

The event aims developing freelance in the country, informing young people about its scope and how to make money working as a freelance. 

The program will focus on 3 areas of freelance:

• Programming;

• Design;

• Project management/translation.

The speakers:

• Munira Begmuratova — Senior Software Engineer at Toptal Talent network and Toptal Community leader in Uzbekistan;

• Abdusattor Abdurahimov — founder of Dizipro, IT entrepreneur;

• Zafarbek Ibragimov — founder of TechCells and IT Stars.

Speakers will share their expertise and knowledge to develop freelancing skills among young people and help them get acquainted with foreign platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr and others.
