A training seminar was held on the topic “Modern management in the development of the digital economy”

The Ministry of Digital Technologies organized a special training seminar on the topic “Modern management in the development of the digital economy” for the heads of regional divisions of the ministry and the IT Park.

The purpose of the training is to increase the efficiency of the implementation of digital technologies in the regions, including attracting young people to this area, the volume of services, increasing the efficiency of enterprises and organizations in the field of digital technologies, the responsibility of managers, as well as their competencies, as well as the comprehensive development of leadership qualities.

During the three-day seminar, participants were given lectures on the topics of the “Digital Uzbekistan – 2030” strategy: concept and stages of implementation, digital strategies of developed countries, the art of being a speaker-leader, corporate ethics and the code of corporate culture.

Useful information was also given about measures to develop the export of IT services in the regions, the role and importance of oratory in the activities of a leader.

In addition, special attention was paid to the development of education in the field of digital technologies, including the organization of training, retraining and advanced training of personnel.

At the same time, during the seminar, managers and employees were informed about ways to manage and overcome stress in the work process, and prospects for the development of IT entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan, work carried out within the framework of the “Digital Government” and “Digital Region”, “Digital education” programs and challenges for the future were discussed.

During the training seminar, heated discussions took place between the participants and speakers, and sufficient answers were given to interesting questions that arose in the process.

In turn, to determine the knowledge of the participants, tests were conducted during the seminar and upon completion of the training course, the participants were awarded special certificates.
