On August 17, 2022, IT Park COO Abdulahad Kuchkarov and Uzinfocom CEO Emil Gimranov met with Al Faris International CEO Osama A. Ben Saleh Bukhari in Jeddah.
The parties discussed the possibilities of cooperation in IT development, as well as the exchange of knowledge, experience and innovative solutions.
The Uzbek side promised to assist the Saudi colleagues in establishing an office, selection and staff training. In turn, the Arab colleagues announced their readiness to open an enterprise in Uzbekistan, which would later export software services to Saudi Arabia.
The Saudi company expressed interest in developing business in Uzbekistan. Al Faris International CEO said that the company plans to open a branch of the company in Tashkent. In addition, foreign partners expressed their desire to become residents of IT Park.
Following the meeting, representatives of IT Park and Al Faris International signed a memorandum of understanding.
Uzinfocom CEO presented a biometric system for banking solutions in Saudi Arabia. The parties agreed on a partnership.
Worth noting, representatives of Al Faris International visited Uzbekistan in 2021. Following the results of the visit, the CEO of the company said that he was interested in opening a structure that would export software developments to Saudi Arabia, and support banking products.
In addition, he expressed an interest in establishing an IT Academy in Namangan in order to train qualified professionals and further employment in the branch of Al Faris International.
