Cooperation with Croatia based global BPO company MPlus was discussed

Within the framework of “Offshore Outsourcing Tour 2024” event in Uzbekistan, Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov and General Director of IT Park Farhad Ibragimov met with Hakan Saran, Chief Operating Officer of MPlus, a BPO company based in Croatia.

The discussions encompassed the potential avenues for collaboration with MPlus, a leading entity in the realm of business process outsourcing. Deliberations also revolved around the establishment of an MPlus presence in Uzbekistan, aimed at catering to clientele spanning diverse Asian and European nations.

Furthermore, MPlus articulated plans to implement a project in Uzbekistan directed towards the establishment of customer service centers, commencing with a staff of 60 specialists and envisaging expansion to 600 in the foreseeable future.
