Course for startups to attract investment

On June 6, with the support of IT Park starts a free 3-week course for startuppers from Denis Kalyshkin.

The purpose of the course is to prepare start-up projects for attracting investment. According to the results of the course, graduates will be able to present startups to 10 foreign venture investors.

As part of the program, course participants will learn:

• main terms of the transaction, capitalization table;
• how an investor analyzes startups and makes an investment decision;
• how to prepare a set of documents for attracting investment (data room);
• how to prepare a presentation for an investor and present your project to investors.

The program will be held in Russian. You can apply for participation until June 5.

Denis Kalyshkin – Investment Director of I2BF Global Ventures, 9+ years of investment experience in the US and CIS with a focus on startups that transform old and boring industries (manufacturing, construction, logistics, etc.) using modern technologies (AI, Internet of things, RPA, robots and automation tools, SaaS, AR/VR).
