Exclusive IT recruiting course!

On May 23rd, in Tashkent, with the support of IT Park, a course on IT recruiting will start by Alyona Vladimirskaya (leader among headhunters in Russia and Eastern Europe, winner of the HR Brand of the Year award) and Shavkat Karimov (Head of the IT Community Uzbekistan, a world-class IT professional).

This course is unique because participants have the opportunity to learn from actual job openings posted by major IT companies, which are curated by experienced professionals. During the course, participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in practice from the very beginning: learn the most advanced methods of recruiting IT specialists, master the skills of working with vacancies, clients and candidates, and master the powerful tools of a recruiter.

The selection of students for the course will take place in several stages:

• consideration of applications (resume + motivation letter, why this course is important for the participant);
• interview in Zoom, if the participant meets the selection criteria;
• information by mail about the results of the selection.

Requirements for applicants:

• level of English C1 and above;
• good level of Russian;
• must be able to study for 16 hours a week (4 of them face-to-face on Sunday in Tashkent, plus 6 hours of theory online, 6 hours of practice);
• current income does not exceed $500 per month or is completely absent;
• priority is given to people who have contact with IT (study, work, experience of their startup).
