Exporters and the volume of exports of IT Park residents increased by more than 3 times!

The volume of exports of IT Park residents continues to maintain a positive dynamics. The number of residents-exporters of IT Park today amounted to 291, which is 3 times more than the same period last year.

And, according to the results of the 3rd quarter of 2022, the volume of exports of IT Park resident companies reached $82.0 million, of which $41.0 million fell on the export of services of BPO-companies.

It should be noted that the volume of exports for the same period last year amounted to $23.1 million.

By type of exported services:

• BPO — $40896.7 thousand;

• Data processing — $3717.9 thousand;

• Software development — $36397.4 thousand;

• IT-education — $928.6 thousand;

• IT-consulting — $59.4 thousand.

At the same time, the main countries of export:

• USA 81% — $66277.2 thousand;

• Great Britain 4% — $3272.7 thousand;

• Germany 2% — $1654.3 thousand;

• Russia 2% — $1523.6 thousand;

• Netherlands 1% — $1202.9 thousand;

• UAE 1% — $885.1 thousand;

• Sweden 1% — $757.2 thousand;

• Lithuania 1% — $725.2 thousand.

It is expected that by the end of 2022 the volume of exports of IT-services will reach $100 million, and next year it is planned to increase the volume to $200 million. This will be possible due to the involvement of qualified specialists, as well as an increase in the number of exporters, since Uzbekistan is already known as a full participant in the international market.
