In March, the whole world celebrates the spring holiday - International Women's Day. IT Park joins congratulations to all women and girls and invites you to be inspired by another interesting story of one of the brightest representatives of the female half, who performs important tasks every day, with dignity, at a high professional level. Thanks to her, many projects and initiatives are being successfully implemented.
In the festive issue of the “IT Park in Persons” column, we are talking about the chief manager of the department for working with foreign partners - Dildora Nasibullayeva.
Dildora is 30 years old. She graduated from the University of Westminster in Tashkent with a Bachelor's degree in Economics with Finance. After that, she continued her education and received a master's degree in Economics in IT at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi.
Our heroine began her career at IT Park in February 2022.
“Joining IT Park was a very unexpected but welcome event for me. For several years I worked in subordinate organizations of the Ministry of Digital Technologies. And at some point, I was offered a job in the IT Park team and invited through mutual friends who told a lot of positive things about the work and the company itself. Having gathered information, I took a step towards my goal - I decided to work and develop in this company. At that time, I wanted to try something new, get interesting experiences and discover new facets. I was invited for an interview, after successfully passing, I was accepted to the position of a manager for working with foreign partners.”
Now Dildora's responsibilities include overseeing the work of the Investment and International Relations Department, within the framework of which such large projects are carried out as: “IT Visa” to attract IT specialists above the middle level, investors intending to make venture capital investments in start-up projects, and the Relocation Program to attract foreign IT companies, providing services for registering legal entities, finding offices, hiring employees, assisting foreign IT specialists in quickly adapting to our country and finding employment in resident companies.
Why IT Park?
For over a year now, Dildora has been working tirelessly for the benefit of IT Park. The beginning of her career was not without difficulties, she recalls, but a close-knit team and support from her family convinced her that she had chosen the right profession and company.
“The direction “International Relations” was new for me. So in the beginning there were difficult moments. I came to IT Park to leave my comfort zone, ready to work on myself in a new direction, show my strengths and discover new highlights in myself. Through perseverance, hard work, the support of my family and the help of members of my department and the trust of the IT Park team, I gradually acquired new skills such as flexibility, determination and responsiveness.”
Dildora loves her job and her team very much.
“My main inspiration, my motivator is my team, which every day helps me grow and develop, reach new levels. My close-knit team charges me with their enthusiasm and endless ideas. These are the people with whom I overcome all difficulties and experiences”.
Dildora is happy that IT Park is doing great things to improve the quality of life of the population, and she is glad to be involved in this cause.
“For me, IT Park is an incubator where ideas are born and become reality. You can voice your idea, and you will be guided and supported so that you can realize this idea”.
What do you think about the IT sphere of Uzbekistan?
She is sure IT is the most actively developing area in Uzbekistan. Dildora notes that if development continues at this pace, then Uzbekistan will become one of the leaders in the industry.
“I am very pleased that huge benefits are being provided for the ICT sector. The growth in demand and the levels of wages offered for IT professionals are encouraging. The investment attractiveness of the IT sector of Uzbekistan is growing rapidly. With the help of the conditions created for foreign IT companies, today IT is one of the industries that consistently creates new jobs in Uzbekistan.”
According to Dildora, IT Park manages to prove to the state that IT is the shortest and most effective way to develop the country's economy.
“I can say with confidence that IT Park brings the IT profession into a trend in Uzbekistan. For example, a few years ago, the IT industry was not so attractive for a career. If you ask young people who they want to become, many of them will say that they want to tie a career path in the IT field, and it’s no longer possible to hang the label “Profession for men” on the profession of an IT specialist. Women perform tasks as well as men and occupy high positions in the information technology field.”
Dildora has many hobbies. Her favorite pastimes include baking and pastry alone, which gives her inspiration. She is also interested in seminars and courses on personality development and relationship psychology. In addition, she devotes her free time to family and sports.
“Sports are a wonderful and rewarding way to spend my free time, and I recently became interested in ice skating. As a child, I admired the performances of figure skaters on ice. I overcame my fear several times visited the ice palace and tried to do everything myself and it turned out not bad. I also love outdoor activities with my family. For example, enjoying the nature and mountains of Uzbekistan and walking in the fresh air.”
All that our heroine dreams of is adventure and travel
“One of my biggest dreams is to travel the world and immerse myself in local culture. I'm inspired by the architecture and nature of Europe."
