For IT Park Residents

Dear IT Park residents,

By Republican Design Institute "Uzengineering" received a request to search for an IT company that can perform technical support and maintenance (administration) of the Institute's website on a permanent basis.

Any foreign legal entities (non-residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan) and domestic legal entities (residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan), regardless of their form of ownership, including small business entities, except for the legal entities listed in paragraph 2, can participate in the competition.

1. To participate in the competition, participants should:

-get (download) the electronic version of the competition documentation posted on a special information portal for familiarization with the terms of the competition;

- submit the tender offer according to the list of the tender offer documents.

2. To participate in the competition, participants are not allowed:

-to be at the stage of reorganization, liquidation or bankruptcy;

-to be in a state of judicial or arbitration proceedings with the “Customer”;

-to have debts on payment of taxes and other obligatory payments;

- registered and having Bank accounts in states or territories that provide preferential tax treatment and or do not provide for disclosure and provision of information during financial transactions (offshore zones).
