And in Namangan city itself.

Firstly, it should be noted that absolutely every training center of IT School has completely been made out of an ordinary college into a high-tech and modern training center with all the necessary resources provided for training.

The head of the territorial administration of the Ministry of Information Technology in the Namangan region, Y. Ishanov, said that in his youth there were no computers and in order to just look at the computer they came to institutions where they were available. Nowadays, young people are provided with all the necessary facilities which enable them to learn and acquire new skills.

The Khokim of Naryn district of Namangan region D. Kadirov noted that he had no opportunity to study IT, but it is never too late to study in the field of information technology, and now he is also studying in this sphere.

The youth of the Namangan region will be able to study relevant professions in the IT sphere and become in-demand specialists not only in their region, but  also throughout the country, and even in the global arena.

At the opening of IT School in Namangan city, the Khokim of Namangan region, Sh. Abdurazzakov also told youngsters that there are no age restrictions in the field of information technology and that they after learning programming, can earn from $2,000 a month, either being in their region or working for the export of IT services.

He claims that he is blissfully happy to create conditions and opportunities for the youth of Namangan, and expects that in the future it will pay off in the form of in-demand, competitive IT specialists who will glorify not only Namangan, but the whole of Uzbekistan in the global IT market.

During the opening ceremony, youth had a chance to personally communicate with khokims and representatives of IT Park as well as ask questions which interested them the most.

Director of IT Park Farkhod Ibrahimov noted that the youth of Namangan have a chance of becoming the best IT specialists in the country. Moreover, today no other regions of Uzbekistan are provided with the opportunities that are given to Namangan region. Namangan became the first region where “IT School” training centers were created in absolutely every district for the younger generation.

“All young people should do is to study, master new skills, gain knowledge and strive for the goal of becoming successful IT specialists. Programming is not an easy thing and it certainly will be difficult in the beginning. Nowever, as soon as you understand the principle of work and are able to study, a better future awaits you with a very promising and demanded profession, and with high salary,” - added Farkhod Ibragimov.

He also emphasized the importance of the knowledge of English, and that English combined with IT skills provide a greater opportunity to earn large amount of money. After all, a person who does not know English is able to work only in the local market and is limited only to local IT orders.

“And you don't need to be an expert to understand that the local market is not large yet. Nevertheless, with the knowledge of English, an IT specialist will be able to work in the global IT service market, and his earnings will drastically multiply,” - said the Director of IT Park.

In IT Schools students will study graphic design, a variety of programming languages, computer literacy, as well as improve their skills in e-sports and so forth.

It is worth noting that the opening of one of the training centers was attended by young e-sportsmen who has already formed their team. Their goal is to become one of the strongest esports players in the country, win the Republican Championship and try themselves in the world arena.

The youth expressed their gratitude to the khokims of districts and regions, the IT Park team and the government of Uzbekistan for the conditions they created in the form of high-tech educational centers.

Farhod Ibragimov, in turn, replied to the young guys for gratitude with words that should be remembered for a long time: “There is no need for words of gratitude. The most important thing you can do as a thank is to study and become good IT specialists who will glorify our country."
