To this end, we recently conducted three intensive workshops designed not only to impart theoretical knowledge but also to equip participants with practical tools to transform their management approaches and achieve significant results.
Leadership in Action: A Masterclass by John King
Renowned global leadership expert and author of Leading Tribes, John King, led an extensive workshop for the IT Park team. He shared cutting-edge management methodologies aimed at building cohesive teams, strengthening corporate culture, and driving breakthrough outcomes.
The workshop provided participants with not only new tools but also the opportunity to discuss the practical application of leadership strategies in their respective roles.
Practice and growth strategies with Timur Yadgarov
Under the guidance of Timur Yadgarov, PhD, founder of Yadgarov and Partners and managing partner of John King Partners Europe, a second session was held with IT Park’s senior management. This session focused on project development and the analysis of real-world case studies.
Each participant presented a detailed initiative, outlining clear objectives, implementation phases, and anticipated impacts.
Together with the experts, the group evaluated the strengths of each project, identified areas for improvement, and formulated strategies for scaling these initiatives effectively.
Sustained Leadership Development
To further enhance the capabilities of department heads and managers, a comprehensive year-long leadership development program has been initiated. As part of this program, participants have already engaged in expert-led training sessions and two practical project workshops. Managers have selected specific projects and will present their interim progress every three weeks.

Every two weeks, under the guidance of business coach Timur Yadgarov, IT Park executives will refine their expertise and leadership capabilities, contributing to the advancement of the industry.
