IT Park and WePlay Ventures signed a Memorandum of Cooperation

On May 11, in Istanbul, IT Park signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with a well-known investment company focused on the gambling sector, WePlay Ventures.

The signing ceremony was attended by Deputy Director for Regional Development of IT Park Fayzulla Aripzhanov, Head of the Department for Monitoring and Analysis of the Activities of Residents Iskandar Khusanov, Project Manager of the Digital Transformation Department Ramazon-Jasur Salimov, WePlay Ventures Managing Director Burak Yılmaz and Invexen Managing Partner Yag'iz Karadeniz.

The purpose of the Memorandum is to develop a startup ecosystem in Uzbekistan and Turkey, as well as help startups to scale in the markets of the two republics.

The parties discussed areas of cooperation and potential projects, emphasizing the importance of the document for the development of economic growth and the success of entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan and Turkey.

As noted at the meeting, the Memorandum will be an important step in the development of innovative technologies and the startup ecosystem. The companies recognize the importance of cooperation and are confident that its implementation will lead to the emergence of new projects and opportunities for entrepreneurs in both countries.
