IT Park held a meeting with UNDP representatives in Uzbekistan

On February 4, 2022, IT Park held a meeting with UNDP representatives in Uzbekistan.  The meeting was attended by Deputy Director of IT Park for International Affairs Bokhodir Ayupov, Head of the Empowerment of Youth for the Development of the Digital Economy and Digital Entrepreneurship Program Bakhodir Bekov, and Head of the Program Component Usmon Rakhimzhanov.

During the meeting, cooperation was discussed within the framework of the initiative “Empowering youth for the development of the digital economy and digital entrepreneurship”, designed for 2022-2024.  Also, the parties touched upon the development of IT-education, improving digital skills, improving the business environment for young entrepreneurs and the digital economy in our country.

As a result, the parties showed interest in further cooperation, as well as in holding joint events and implementing a study of the country's IT-sector.
