IT Park held a seminar at Nukus State Pedagogical Institute 

On November 23, at the Nukus State Pedagogical Institute, under the leadership of the Nukus branch of IT Park, an educational seminar was organized for students and teachers of computer science in order to increase the level of interest of young people in participating in innovative projects. 

The main participants of the event were Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation M. Zhalelov, Head of the Department of Informatics M. Alaminov, Director of the Karakalpak branch of IT Park M. Elmuratov, teachers of informatics and mathematics, as well as youth. 

During the seminar, a detailed presentation on the activities of IT Park, IT Centers, educational projects, including "One Million Uzbek Coders" was held for the listeners.  Particularly, the importance of participation of the younger generation in the projects implemented by IT Park was emphasized.  Students who participated in the event were able to immediately register for the online courses “One Million Uzbek Coders”, and also learned about the benefits of studying IT, regardless of the main activity. 

It is notable that in November of this year, an incubation center was opened at the Nukus State Pedagogical Institute, where master classes with the participation of leading specialists in the field of information technology, hackathons, ideathons and other IT competitions will be regularly held. 

At the end of the event, the heads of the IT Park branch and representatives of the Nukus State Pedagogical Institute discussed the details of the further development of the incubation center and also talked with students interested in participating in IT Park projects. 

Raising the awareness of students about ongoing programs, ongoing projects, and current trends in the field of information technology is the first step towards the development of the IT industry and the formation of a startup ecosystem.  It should be noted that the organization has planned many educational seminars throughout the country to identify and support talents among the youth.
