On November 29, the first online sports programming championship of Uzbekistan "IT Park Cup" with a prize fund of $ 30,000 starts, organized by IT Park together with the Dubai Future Foundation.
Sports programming is a type of mind sports where developers have to solve complex algorithmic speed problems using popular programming languages, mainly C/C++, Kotlin, Java, and Python.
The online championship will be held in 2 stages:
Stage 1: Selection round.
The selection round will take place from November 28 to 29, within which all applicants will complete tasks to advance to the final of the championship and compete for a prize fund of $ 30,000.
Stage 2: Final.
The final of the championship will take place on December 5-6, where the best participants will compete for being a tournament winner.
There will be 6 winners in total, among whom the prize fund of $ 30,000 will be divided.
Age categories:
Category A - up to 30 years old (advanced tasks)
Category B - school students (light tasks)
Most importantly, knowledge of IT does not matter to participate in the championship.
Requirements:
- Be a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Have a certificate of completion of one of the One Million Coders courses.
Note:
Students participating in the IT Park Cup selection round can automatically take part in the ICPC quarterfinals of Uzbekistan.
