IT Park launches call for applications from investors

The construction of the IT Park complex is in full swing. Creating a mini-city inside the capital city requires investments from major investors.

In order to construct buildings of the largest IT hub in Central Asia and create comfortable conditions in them, IT Park announces the start of accepting applications from investors. The competition aims attracting investors in order to implement a number of investment projects on the territory of the IT Park complex.

Applications for participation in the competition are accepted until 17:00 local time until November 10, 2022. Documents sent after the specified period will not be considered.

What are the requirements for applicants?

• Inventory of documents in the form and in accordance with the instructions given in the Tender Documentation;

• Application in the form and in accordance with the instructions given in the Tender Documentation;

• Participant’s questionnaire;

• Competitive offer;

• Certificate of state registration of a legal entity (investor) issued by the authorized state body or other documents confirming the activity of the investor;

• Balance sheet (form No. 1, form No. 2) for the last reporting period, submitted to the relevant state tax authority;

• A certificate from the tax authority stating that the organization has no debts related to budget collections;

• Other documents confirming that the participant complies with the requirements of the contest documentation.

Applications must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope. The envelope is sealed at the gluing points. The envelope must indicate:

• Name, address of the customer (IT Park), contact numbers;

• Name, address of the participant, contact numbers;

• Name of the Lot (Lot No. 1, Lot No. 2);

• name of the object (Building 2.5, Building 2.6, Floors 5 to 6, as well as 9 to 14 of Lot No. 1 of Building 1.2.).

The winner will be determined by a special commission based on the documentation provided.
