IT Park convened a meeting with representatives of MAAB Innovation to discuss the company’s plans for establishing regional offices, commencing with the Khorezm region.
During the discussion, MAAB Innovation presented a dashboard designed to conduct analyses of in-demand professions in international markets and provide real-time data on job vacancies, salary benchmarks, and qualification requirements.
Furthermore, MAAB outlined its plans to launch scholarship programs for winners of mathematics and physics Olympiads, with a focus on artificial intelligence education.
In response, IT Park announced its initiative to collaborate with international recruitment agencies to explore global labor market trends and demands. This initiative will facilitate the introduction of cutting-edge workforce training methodologies for the international market and to optimize recruitment processes in Uzbekistan.
MAAB Innovation is a company specializing in data processing utilizing Microsoft SQL, the development of analytical reports in Power BI, and the provision of IT education services. The company is focused on exports to the USA and Germany.
HumansLab: Tax Incentives and Development of the HUMANS YAXSHI Marketplace
IT Park held a meeting with representatives of HumansLab to deliberate on the launch of the HUMANS YAXSHI marketplace. This platform is designed to facilitate entrepreneurs in showcasing their products and services, managing sales through a user-friendly dashboard, storing data, and leveraging integrated payment systems.
Furthermore, discussions encompassed the implementation of tax incentives related to royalty payments to international clients.

The company exports its services to Singapore. In 2024, the company’s export revenue increased fourfold compared to 2023, reaching $7.2 million. Its workforce also expanded from 187 to 269 employees.
