IT Park opened the first laboratory “One Million Uzbek Coders”

On September 20, IT Park, with the support of the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications, opened the first laboratory “One Million Uzbek Coders” in the Buzatov district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan in order to provide additional conditions for obtaining high-quality and affordable IT education for young people.

Recall that “One Million Uzbek Coders” is an educational project of IT Park to provide online courses on external and internal development, data analysis, and mobile development, based on the courses of the international company “Udacity”. The main strategic partner of the project is the “Dubai Future Foundation”, which has already successfully implemented the “One Million Arab Coders” project in the United Arab Emirates.

The laboratory “One Million Uzbek Coders” is equipped with the necessary computers, uninterrupted power supply, and wireless Internet for the effective assimilation of the acquired knowledge in IT courses. Anyone interested in obtaining demanded professions can visit the laboratory and take part in the project.

In addition, throughout the educational process, students will be accompanied by experienced mentors in leading IT specialists who will also help in the development of mobile applications, websites and other project work within the framework of online courses. In addition, mentors will help to register on the “One Million Uzbek Coders” platform and choose the appropriate direction for each of the visitors.

It should be noted that this is only the first laboratory within the framework of “One Million Uzbek Coders”. The leaders of this project are planning to provide several similar projects in the field of information technology to the wider population.
