In connection with the thirtieth anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the President signed a Decree dated 08.11.2022 “On the establishment of a memorial badge “Oʻzbekiston konstitutsiyasining 30 yilligi”.
The badges is awarded to representatives of all spheres, labor veterans, military and law enforcement officers, as well as other persons who have made a worthy contribution to strengthening the independence of our country, increasing its economic, political, social, scientific, spiritual potential, defense power, interethnic friendship and harmony, deepening democratic reforms in New Uzbekistan.
Among the awardees there are also representatives of IT Park. Thus, the Deputy Director for Regional Development of IT Park Aripdzhanov Fayzulla Abdullaevich and the Legal Counsel of the IT Park Legal Department Bakhridinov Nizomiddin Shakhobidinovich were awarded a commemorative badge.
The huge contribution that specialists make to the development of the IT industry in the country was noted.
Fayzulla Aripdzhanov is 43 years old. He graduated from the Tashkent University of Information Technologies with a degree in telecommunications and a masterʼs degree in telecommunications transmission systems.
Work experience – 26 years. He was a leading specialist of the regional department of the Uzbek Agency of Communications and Informatization, a leading specialist in the department of software production and market development of the Uzbekistan Agency of Communications and Informatization; head of the department for coordination of regional departments of the State Communications Committee, Informatization and Telecommunication Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
From 2017 to 2019, Aripdzhanov was Deputy Director at the “Electronic Government” system development Center under the Ministry of ICT of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
From 2019 to 2021 – Head of the National Content Development Department of the Digital Economy Development Department under the Ministry of ICT. And in 2021-2022 he was the Vice-Rector for Financial and Economic Activities of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi.
He began his career at IT Park in early 2022. For his labor activity, Fayzulla Aripdzhanov is effectively working to create favorable conditions for the population and youth in the field of information and communication technologies in the republic.
He took an active part in the opening and launch of IT Park branches and ongoing work on the development of existing educational IT Centers throughout the republic.
During his career, IT Park branches were opened in Khorezm region and Kashkadarya region. To date, 205 IT Centers have been created and are operating.
Fayzulla Aripdzhanov is actively involved in preparing information for meetings of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the government, as well as in state and international events held in the country as part of tasks related to the IT industry.
Nizomiddin Bakhridinov is 37 years old. He was born in Tashkent, in 2007 he graduated from the Faculty of Islamic Law of the Tashkent Islamic University with a degree in Jurisprudence.
Work experience – 13 years. He began his career at IT Park in 2021.
Nizomiddin was directly involved in the development of more than 10 adopted legislative documents in the field of information technology at the Directorate of the Technological Park of Software Products and Information Technologies (IT Park) and at previous jobs.
Nizomiddin prepares and actively participates in seminars to explain and convey the essence of the adopted legislative documents. At the same time, he fulfilled his rights and obligations as an example to others, constantly ensuring the timely and high-quality performance of the tasks assigned to him.
During his work at IT Park, he has been doing positive work to ensure the rule of law in the activities of employees, improve the legal culture of employees, organize work to ensure the safety of the organizationʼs property by legal means, and so on.
