IT Park residents’ meetup with the educational centers

The Center for IT Knowledge Development and IT Park residents came together on April 8 in a meeting that, as the IT Park Director Farhod Ibrahimov noted, focuses on connecting large companies and training centers to get to know one another and be able to further interact.

The IT Park management, representatives of EPAM Systems, iTechART, Exadel, iTransition and others attended the meeting.

IT Park Director during his speech touched upon the measures to attract export-oriented companies and the growing IT-personnel market. He noted that the growing number of Middle- and Senior-developers improves the quality and speed of training of Junior-developers, through the interaction of specialists in practice. Farhod Zairovich also informed attendees about the targeted loans for educational residents of IT Park.

The speakers were also heads of IT Park resident companies as EPAM Systems, iTechART, Exadel, iTransition.

Participants moved on to a discussion on training issues and ways to tackle them, supply and demand in the labor market in the IT sector.

During the meeting, resident companies exchanged views on personnel qualifications and training programs to create well-qualified and competitive professionals.

The meeting participants had an opportunity to ask questions of interest.
