As part of its official business visit to India, the IT Park Uzbekistan delegation, led by Advisor to the CEO Ahmed Aboulezz, is participating in the NASSCOM Technology & Leadership Forum (NTLF 2025) — one of the most prominent global technology events, convening leading industry experts, entrepreneurs, and investors.
This year’s forum features over 100 distinguished speakers, 1,600 delegates, and 50 thematic sessions addressing key trends in innovation, digital transformation, and international technology cooperation.
On the first day of the forum, IT Park Uzbekistan organized a roundtable discussion titled "Thriving in an Unpredictable World: Expanding Beyond Borders". The session brought together executives from HCL Tech, Wells Fargo, Zensar Technologies, Genpact, Uniphore, Zinnov, and other renowned international companies. The discussion centered on strategies for market diversification, the significance of establishing a global presence for long-term success, and key criteria in selecting IT outsourcing destinations. Particular emphasis was placed on geopolitical factors influencing business operations and strategies for adapting to the evolving global landscape.
During the session, Ahmed Aboulezz, Head of the IT Park Uzbekistan delegation, presented Uzbekistan as a highly promising destination for IT outsourcing, underscoring the country’s competitive advantages, including its strategic geographic location, highly qualified talent pool, favorable investment environment, and robust government support measures.
Furthermore, during the event, representatives of IT Park engaged with senior executives of industry leaders such as Cognizant, Capgemini, and Accenture. The parties reached an agreement to schedule follow-up online meetings.
On the second and final day of NTLF 2025, the IT Park delegation held a meeting with Shivendra Singh, Vice President of NASSCOM — the organizers of the forum and an association representing over 3,000 ITES companies in India. During the meeting, the parties discussed the organization of a business mission for major Indian companies to Uzbekistan, aimed at exploring opportunities for expansion into the Central Asian region.
IT Park Uzbekistan remains steadfast in its efforts to develop the country’s innovation ecosystem, strengthen partnerships with international partners, and integrate Uzbekistan into the global digital community. Participation in prestigious events such as NTLF 2025 underscores IT Park’s commitment to supporting domestic IT companies in their pursuit of international market entry and positioning Uzbekistan as a key player in the global IT industry.
