IT Park Uzbekistan launches intensive German language courses in collaboration with BASE 33 and Blitz

IT Park Uzbekistan is pleased to announce the launch of a joint educational program in collaboration with the educational centers BASE 33 and Blitz, aimed at training highly qualified specialists with a strong command of the German language in the cities of Tashkent and Samarkand.

The program is intended for participants at least a B1 level of German proficiency. Over the course of six months, students will have the opportunity to advance their skills to the C1 level, thereby unlocking new employment opportunities in international IT and BPO companies, with monthly salaries starting from $1,000.

Training will be conducted offline in Tashkent and Samarkand through the “Deutsch Call” course provided by Blitz and the “Intensivkurs Deutsch für Studium und Beruf” course by BASE 33. These programs have been developed in alignment with current labor market demands and the specific requirements of outsourcing companies and call centers.

Participants will not only significantly improve their spoken and written German but will also gain insights into the cultural and professional nuances of communication with international clients — competencies essential for confident performance in a global work environment.

“This project will provide young people not only with high-quality language training but also with real prospects for employment in leading companies and outsourcing centers. We are confident that such initiatives play a critical role in developing human capital and enhancing our country’s global competitiveness,” stated Imil Nagaev, Head of the German Language School at BASE 33.

“I sincerely believe that our program will open new horizons for the youth of Uzbekistan. We are witnessing just how talented and capable our young people are in acquiring foreign languages — this presents significant potential both for the students themselves and for international companies seeking qualified personnel,” noted Mirzokhid Berdiboev, Director of the Blitz Training Center.

Upon successful completion of the course and final examinations, graduates will be eligible to apply for employment opportunities with international companies through the support of IT Park Uzbekistan. Moreover, a portion of the course expenses will be subsidized by IT Park, thereby increasing access to quality language education.

This initiative is fully aligned with the objectives of the Digital Uzbekistan 2030, which aims to strengthen the nation’s human capital and reinforce its position within the global IT industry.
