Launch of the “Open Mind” Ideathon in the Fergana Valley

OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan, in collaboration with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO UN) and with the support of IT Park, announces the launch of the “Open Mind” ideathon.

The ideathon is a two-day competition of projects and ideas. Within the framework of this event, participants form teams, generate, and propose their solutions without developing an MVP.

The “Open Mind” ideathon represents a unique opportunity for creative minds to share their ideas, create something new and inspiring. The event aims to bring together a creative community for the collaborative development of innovative projects, exchange of experiences and knowledge, as well as the creation of creative solutions for real-world problems.

The event will take place from November 20 to 21 at Fergana State University, starting at 9:00 AM.

The event is conducted within the framework of the Economic Development Support Program by OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan and the Digital Village Initiative by the FAO UN (DVI). The objective of the ideathon is to contribute to the development of small businesses, expand employment opportunities for youth through IT and digitization, as well as to implement innovations in agriculture.
