Meeting with participants of the Digital Internship program

IT Park hosted a meeting with activists of the Digital Internship Program.

The Digital Internship Program is an intensive short-term internship program for female IT graduates and entry-level young professionals, after which girls can get an opportunity for further employment in the companies in which they interned, or in other organizations recommended by IT Park.  

The meeting was held in a mixed online and offline format in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.  The participants of the internship program were met by the HR IT Park personnel development manager Shakhnoza Amirkhanova and the program curator Muyassar Shermatova.  During the meeting, Shakhnoza Amirkhanova gave advice on how to pass the interview.  So, she told the participants what employers usually pay attention to, and shared her opinion on how to look and how to behave during interviews.

Muyassar Shermatova explained to the interns many of the nuances of the Digital Internship program.

All the conditions and requirements regarding the internship were discussed, and the girls who worked or interned in the IT-field shared their experience.
