Minister of ICT Sherzod Shermatov visited the resident of IT Park “Najot Taʼlim”

On January 29, 2022, the Minister for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sherzod Shermatov visited the resident of IT Park, training center, “Najot Taʼlim”.

During the visit, the Minister got acquainted with the activities of the IT Park resident, where he also spoke about the work carried out today in the field of ICT.

The meeting was also attended by the Director of the Agency for Youth Affairs Alisher Sadullayev, who shared his opinion on further improvement of the Youth Portal in order to create additional convenience for them.

In addition, Sherzod Shermatov put forward a proposal to develop the Youth Portal by introducing a system for obtaining loans.  In the context of the digitalization of all processes, the need was especially noted to create the possibility of obtaining a loan not by physically visiting the bank, but using an online portal.

The issues of allocating subsidies for the purpose of training young people in IT-areas included in the youth notebook were also discussed.

At the end of the visit, a free dialogue between the Minister and the students of this training center took place, where young people were able to ask all their questions and get answers to them.
