Online session: "Approaches to project management in IT"

The second online meeting as part of the Edusession project that takes place on February 27, at 16:00 will focus on approaches to project management in IT.

The speaker of the session Artyom Kalivanov, Information Technology Director of Beeline Uzbekistan will speak about approaches to managing IT projects, their types, differences between projects and products, common mistakes, and areas of management that require increased control.

 Participants will also learn:

 • about what is an IT project;

 • what approaches to project management exist;

 • what one should be paying attention to when managing projects.

The event will proceed in Russian.  Participation is free, applications will be accepted until February 26 at the link:

Artyom Kalivanov has experience in:

 • IT sector (over 20 years) and 13 year-expertise in IT project management;

 • implementation of IT projects in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Vietnam and Uzbekistan;

 • conducting an audit of the IT service;

 • establishing a project office;

 • IBM.
