Online workshop: “Personal effectiveness”

On February 20, at 16:00 on Tashkent time, an online workshop on “Personal effectiveness” will be held for entrepreneurs and founders of start-up projects.

Participants of the online meeting will learn:

• what is personal effectiveness and what it consists of;
• how to correctly assess the level of their effectiveness;
• what meta-skills are needed to support it;
• why essentialism has become a trend, and how it relates to personal effectiveness;
• what prevents it from being effective.

The speakers of the session will be the co-founders of the Future Leader company:

• Olga Panfilova is a certified coach and mental trainer at IHCA, a business psychologist, MBA degree holder and ACCA certified. Facilitator of strategic and team sessions. Conducted more than 2000 consultations and coaching sessions with company leaders;
• Anna Ambrozevich is a mentor and team leader, an expert in marketing technologies. She has built teams and processes in large international companies and startups. Mentor of Women in Tech.  Graduate of the Womenʼs Leadership Course at the Cambridge University. Author of a series of articles and courses on digital technologies.

The session will be held in Russian and will last 3 hours. The event will contain theoretical and practical parts, so the involvement of participants and the camera is required.
