Specialists of the State Customs Committee who completed courses at IT Park branches were awarded certificates

On October 20, IT Park hosted a solemn ceremony of presenting certificates to employees of the State Customs Committee.

The ceremony was attended by First Deputy Minister for Development of Information Technologies and Communications Oleg Pekos.  He congratulated the specialists who successfully completed the courses and thanked them for their work.

Courses for employees of the State Customs Committee were organized as part of the execution of the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 27, 2022 “On additional measures to further improve customs administration”.

As part of the program, from September 29 to October 12, 500 employees of the State Customs Committee throughout the country were trained at IT Park branches.

The aim is to train customs officers in combating corruption, preventing conflicts of interest, rules of etiquette, as well as working with IT technologies and telecommunications.

After the solemn award ceremony, the First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee, Colonel of the Customs Service Ilkhom Mukhtarov, as well as other employees of the committee, were acquainted with the newly built IT Park complex and told them about the plans of the organization.
