Speed ​​typing contest was held in Jizzakh region

On the eve of the 30th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the IT Center of Farish district of Jizzakh region, competition for high-speed typing was held for representatives of the younger generation as part of the implementation of the third initiative of the President “On organizing the effective use of computer technologies and the Internet by the population and youth”. The competition was organized by IT Park and the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

More than 60 students of IT Centers took an active part in the event held under the slogan “Let’s live in a free and prosperous Uzbekistan”. M. Shukrullaev became the winner of the high-speed typing competition with 146 words per minute, and A. Abdusattorov, as well as A. Ortikov, won medal places with 133 and 121 words, respectively.

At the end of the competition, the winners and prize-winners were awarded diplomas and valuable prizes such as a wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, and a flash drive from the organizers of the event.

It should be noted that such contests and events are held on a regular basis in all regions of the republic to increase the interest of young people in information technologies and for their further development as demanded professionals.
