The hero of todayʼs column is Khayotbek Abdullaev, a senior specialist at Jizzakh IT Center.
Khayotbek is 34 years old. He was born and raised in the Sharaf-Rashidov district of Jizzakh region. Khayotbek was educated in the field of electronics and electrical engineering.
As the hero of the column recalls, he began to show interest in the IT field at the age of 17.
“I have always liked technical areas and therefore I knew from childhood what I would do with my life. I have extensive teaching experience: I have been a mentor for 16 years. I joined the IT Park team since the opening of the IT-Center – in December 2020 as an education specialist, and since then it has been my big beloved family”.
The hero of the story teaches young professionals the basics of computer literacy, after which the students, who already have basic knowledge and skills, continue their journey in the IT-world. Now the specialist has more than 1000 students a year.
A talented teacher has developed a modern methodological material on computer literacy for young people, where he reveals the features of information and communication technologies. In addition, he gives students the necessary advice on how to get a big income in a short time in the IT-field.
Also, based on his many years of experience, he regularly organizes practical and theoretical courses for IT specialists and not only. So, by now, he has organized “Qualification Courses” in Jizzakh branch of IT Park for directors of 552 schools in Jizzakh region, as well as employees of the Internal Affairs Department and nurses of medical associations.
In particular, after one of these seminars held for specialists of the Department of Internal Affairs, Khayotbek proposed the idea of creating a platform that would contain information about what the inspector had done during the day. After the presentation of this project to the heads of the police department, everyone unanimously approved it.
“This is how the program “One Day in the Life of a Mahalla Inspector” appeared. We, together with our team, have developed a website for the project and are working on the organization and implementation of this program. The goal of the project is to understand what kind of atmosphere is in each of the families living in the mahalla. Each inspector has his own personal account and data about the residents of the mahalla”.
As the guest of the column says, he often has to overcome difficulties in his work, but they do not frighten him. He treats problems philosophically: if there is a problem, then there is a solution to this problem, and you need to find it.
“I really love my profession and consider it the meaning of my life. I like that I can pass on knowledge to the younger generation, teach them something. Most of all, I dream of creating a modern IT-Academy for the youth of Jizzakh, which will surpass Europe in the future. I believe that one day the youth of Uzbekistan will show the whole world that they are not inferior to anyone, and I am ready to do a lot to make this come true”.
Now mentoring and regular trainings and courses bring Khayotbek a good income. By his example, he proves that a favorite thing done with a soul can bring $ 1,500 and more monthly.
