The application process for the second cohort of the IT Recruiting course has commenced

The application process for the second cohort of the free IT Recruiting course has already begun. The course is conducted by one of the leading headhunters in Russia and Eastern Europe, Alena Vladimirskaya, and the head of the IT Community of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Karimov.

Participants of the program will dive into practical work from the first week, learning how to fill current job vacancies in major IT companies and conduct interviews with industry professionals.

• Free education;
• Flexible learning schedule with both online and offline classes held on weekends at the IT Park office in Tashkent;
• Working on real vacancies in major IT corporations starting from the first week of the program;
• Conducting practical interviews with professionals from the IT community of Uzbekistan.

Requirements for candidates:

• Fluent in English at a level of B2 or higher;
• Competent in the Russian language for effective communication;
• The ability to dedicate 16 hours weekly to the course (4 hours of in-person classes on Sundays, 6 hours of online theory, and 6 hours of practice);
• Preference will be given to individuals with any experience in the IT field (education, work, or startup experience) and those who currently earn less than $500 per month or have no income.

Candidates must submit an application, attaching their resume and a cover letter in which they should provide a detailed description of their interest in the course and explain why this course holds significant importance for them. Following this, Zoom interviews will be conducted, and candidates who meet the established selection criteria will be admitted to the training program.

Upon successful completion of the course, students who successfully pass the final examination will be awarded a certificate and will have the opportunity to secure employment with a monthly salary starting from $700.
