The new IT Park incubation center was opened in the Urgench branch of TUIT

On the eve of the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the opening ceremony of the new IT Park incubation center was held at the Urgench branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khorezmi with the support of the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications.

The main participants of the event were the Rector of the Urgench branch of TUIT Baidzhanov Maksudbek, the deputy head of the Khorezm regional department of the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications Madrimov Madrakhimboy, the head of the Khorezm Electromagnetic Service Sadullaev Shukhrat, the public relations adviser to the khokim of the Khorezm region Karimov Zafar and regional representatives of IT Park.

At the opening ceremony, the participants were able to familiarize themselves with the main activities of IT Park, incubation and acceleration programs, IT projects, as well as future plans that will be implemented within the framework of this incubation center.

The priority tasks of the incubation center are to identify talent among young people striving to create innovative projects, conduct incubation programs for advanced business ideas and provide comprehensive support to students in the implementation of start-up projects.

The incubation center at the Urgench branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies will conduct regular incubation programs, “Hack4Region” hackathons, ideations, contests, seminars, webinars, masterclasses, etc.

In particular, a completely reconstructed building in accordance with modern requirements and equipped with all the necessary computer equipment will allow representatives of the young generation of this region to freely implement their start-up projects in the field of information technology.
