In accordance with the presidential decree, a group of active and initiative civil servants and workers in the country's production and socio-economic spheres were awarded the "Kelajak Bunyodkori" and "Shukhrat" medals.
Among the awardees are the heads of the Karakalpak and Fergana branches of IT Park Madiyar Elmuratov ("Kelajak Bunyodkori" medal) and Bakhromjon Jalilov ("Shukhrat" medal).
The medal "Kelajak Bunyodkori" is awarded to citizens aged 14 to 30 who make a worthy contribution to increasing the international prestige and increasing the glory of Uzbekistan, who are an example of activity and initiative in the country's social and political life for their peers, and who have achieved great success in their studies and work.
The medal "Shukhrat" is awarded to citizens who, through their conscientious work, have achieved great success in developing the economy, science and culture of the republic, educating the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism and devotion to the ideas of national independence and social progress.
Elmuratov Madiyar Koshkinbaevich
Madiyar Elmuratov graduated from the Tashkent University of Information Technologies. He is the author of a number of articles on the development of the ICT sector. Since 2019, he has been managing the Karakalpak branch of IT Park.
On his initiative, an IT outsourcing company Sigma Express and Logistic group was created in Nukus, providing remote services to foreign partners. In addition, a BPO school and a BPO center were established in Muynak and Beruni districts.
Under his leadership, training IT centers were created in all regions of Karakalpakstan. They employ 40 young teachers. More than 10 thousand young people have been trained here in the basics of computer literacy, programming, mobile robotics, etc.
Jalilov Bakhromjon Odiljonovich
Bakhromjon Jalilov graduated from the Fergana Polytechnic Institute and St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University.
In 2019-2021, he worked as deputy director for research and innovation of the Fergana branch of TUIT. He is a member of the Council of young scientists. He improved his qualifications in the russian digital technology parks “Perm” and “Morion Digital”. Since 2020, he has been managing the Fergana branch of IT Park. About 15 different competitions, fairs and meetups are held in the branch every month. IT centers have been created in all cities and districts of the region, where about 5,000 young people study. In 2021-2022, the number of residents of the Fergana branch of IT Park increased 10 times - from 6 to 62.
At the suggestion of Bakhromjon, a "Center for Digital Technologies" was created in Marguilan.
