Uzbekistan market welcomes a top player in the cybersecurity

On May 30, a resident of IT Park Green Light ITS and MUK Group organized a conference in honor of the entry into the Uzbek market of Palo Alto Networks, one of the largest providers of cybersecurity solutions.

At the conference, the companyʼs experts presented innovative approaches to information protection and gave real examples of successfully implemented projects in the field of digital security.

Country Manager of Palo Alto Networks Kurshad Demirsay noted the importance of such events for the development of cybersecurity in the region and emphasized the great potential of the Uzbek market for growth in this area.

In turn, Director of Green Light ITS, Daniyar Niyazov, noted that this event has become significant for the IT market of Uzbekistan.

“Now local specialists have access to the technologies of the global leader. We, as an authorized partner of Palo Alto Networks with our own certified engineers, can provide vendor solutions for pilot tests and implement projects of any complexity”, – he said.

The conference was the first partner event of the company in Uzbekistan. During the interactive event, experts from Palo Alto Networks and partner companies told how to increase the effectiveness of protection through automation, and demonstrated how to simplify and make safe the transition to new advanced technologies.

Palo Alto Networks develops firewalls and cloud solutions. Among the clients of the enterprise are more than 70 thousand organizations in 150 countries of the world.

According to the data of the analytical company Gartner for 2022, Palo Alto Networks has been a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant in the firewall segment for 11 years in a row. The company has a market capitalization of $66.44 billion, confirming its highest valuation among cybersecurity providers.
