Uzbekistan Showcases IT Outsourcing and Game Development Opportunities at HIT Games in Turkey

A delegation from Uzbekistan participated in the HIT Games 2025 international conference in Istanbul, aiming to promote Uzbekistan’s competitive advantages in IT outsourcing and BPO companies, while fostering partnerships with leading industry players.

During the visit, meetings were held with prominent gaming and outsourcing companies in Turkey, positioning Uzbekistan as an emerging hub for Game Development with strategic geographic advantages, a highly skilled workforce, tax incentives, and government-backed support programs. The delegation invited companies to explore the establishment of local offices in Uzbekistan as part of their international expansion strategies.

Discussions with AssisTT: Potential for 1,000 New Jobs

The first day of the visit featured negotiations with AssisTT, a leading customer service outsourcing provider. The company expressed strong interest in hiring up to 1,000 specialists proficient in English and German, with an initial phase targeting the recruitment of 100 employees. Following the discussions, both parties agreed to exchange further information regarding the available talent pool and business conditions in Uzbekistan.

HIT Games 2025: Interest in Collaboration from International Game Development Companies

On the second day, the delegation actively engaged in HIT Games 2025, conducting over 25 meetings with international GameDev companies. A dedicated roundtable discussion, featuring tiplay, Gaming in Türkiye | MENA | EU, Pax Animi Games, and other key stakeholders, focused on the gaming industry’s development in the region. Uzbekistan was presented as a high-potential destination for GameDev, with industry representatives recognizing the country’s streamlined company registration processes, tax benefits, and investment appeal.

Key Outcomes and Future Prospects

As a result of the visit, agreements were reached for follow-up online negotiations and the provision of further information on Uzbekistan’s business environment. Several companies expressed interest in visiting Uzbekistan within the next 12 months to explore collaboration opportunities. Active efforts are planned to attract foreign investment in Game Development and IT outsourcing.
