Youth festival is held in Samarkand

On 20 February 2021, a youth festival was held in Samarkand, at which various sectors’ leaders, including the information technology sector, made presentations.

During the festival, the existing problems in the sphere of information technology as well as proposals put forward by the youth for the development of this field in Samarkand were highlighted. The leaders of the makhallyas reported on taken measures and issues that local youth face.

The deputy khokim for youth policy, social development and spiritual education Ochilov Khurshid, the Head of the prosecutor's office of the Samarkand region Masharipov Ravshan and others attended the festival.

Besides, in the festival representatives of the IT Park branch in Samarkand presented several startup projects implemented in the branch.



On top of that, sector managers visited IT Park branch in Samarkand and got acquainted with the activities of the organization.
