Experience Exchange Program for IT Park Branch Directors Concludes in Tashkent

A month-long experience exchange program for 12 directors of regional branches has successfully concluded at the head office of IT Park Uzbekistan in Tashkent. The initiative was designed to enhance participants’ professional competencies, strengthen inter-branch collaboration, and foster a unified corporate culture.

Program Overview

Throughout the program, participants took part in over 20 training sessions, including intensive workshops and presentations. The agenda covered:

- The structure and core functions of IT Park’s central departments;  

- Recent updates on IT Park programs and national labor regulations;

- Development of leadership and communication skills, including strategic communication, team management, and interview techniques.

A strong emphasis was placed on hands-on experience. Branch directors were integrated into key department operations, including member support, IT services export, startup and venture development, local IT services promotion, and the soft-landing program. This direct exposure allowed them to gain firsthand knowledge of internal processes and exchange expertise with specialized teams. 

Outcomes and Recommendations

 

Upon completion of the program, participants presented a series of proposals to improve cooperation between regional branches and the head office. They also outlined strategies to apply the knowledge and best practices they had gained in their respective regions.  

The program marked a significant step toward strengthening professional connections, aligning strategic vision, and fostering a cohesive corporate culture across IT Park Uzbekistan’s nationwide network.
